This meat slicer was designed with the “Great Wave” of the japanese painter Hokusai in mind. The puzzle construction is made with a mild steel spine and a damascus steel egde to mimic the ripples of water. Mount Fuji is engraved also in the background of the scenery.

The handle is made from sapelli wood and resin, with a brass spacer and pin.
